John Giancola

President

John has been in the industry for over 30 years.  As well as working for banquet and restaurant facilities, his experience includes owning and operating Genesis Banquet  Hall in Woodbridge from 1996 to 2006.  Upon discovering this lakeside oasis he knew that it was going to be the perfect location for special events in the future.  In 2003, along with his partner the late Fausto Di Poce, he purchased the property that he developed into The Royal Ambassador Event Centre and Consulate Restaurant.

Daisy Giancola

General Manager

Daisy has a degree in Philosophy and has been in the industry for the past 18 years. With experience in both sales and service she now focuses all her energy in the planning and execution of your event. Daisy oversees both the kitchen, sales and event staff to ensure all details are covered.

Lorena Gonzalez

Banquet Manager

Lorena has 17 years of hands-on industry experience and she is passionate about making sure your event runs smoothly.  Lorena has been with Royal Ambassador for over 11 years and is the go-to-person during your event, she is the main liaison between you and all staff assigned to your event.

Stella Stalteri

Sales Manager

Stella is the Sales Manager at The Royal Ambassador, a position she has held for 11 years.  She has over 15 years in Sales and Event Detailing experience, and has always maintained impeccable customer relations.  Her dynamic customer service driven personality sets her apart from many others in the industry.  Attention to detail and raising the bar to exceed customer expectations is the forefront of her position at The Royal Ambassador.    

Daniela De Almeida

Daniela joined The Royal Ambassador in August of 2016 as a sales consulatant.  Daniela is a young motivated professional who brings energy and passion to the job and is dedicated to customer service.
